HEAD OF MARKETING – LA

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate leader to apply their strategic and executional marketing skills to accelerate our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with prior experience leading marketing strategy within a high-growth start-up, SaaS company or external B2B marketing agency with a proven track record of driving quantifiable results. Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as an ROI-driven approach to marketing is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal marketing staff and manage vendor relationships across all areas of B2B marketing strategy, including product, lead generation and content marketing

CUSTOMER SUCCESS LEAD – NYC

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Lead who is passionate about the success of our customers and has a strong track record in SaaS companies. You will join a dynamic and fast paced environment and work with our most strategic clients to be on the front lines of communicating the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on best practices for influencer marketing & brand advocacy on all social media platforms

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be responsible for delivering post-Sales support and solutions while serving as an advocate for customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with technical solutions around reported bugs and align internal teams with new feature prioritization.
