  • What is Nestlé Health Science’s biggest challenge when it comes to creator marketing?As a global team, I think our main challenge is driving that unified approach to make sure that our different markets know our vision for influencer marketing, so that they can try to adopt it in their markets, and understand that what we do globally applies to the different markets as well.
  • How has Nestlé Health Science overcome these challenges with CreatorIQ?The fact that CreatorIQ enables us to have an end-to-end approach to influencer marketing—from the identification of the creator to the measurement and reporting—is really what drove us to adopt the platform. As a global team, we look at the engagement rates of all the influencer marketing campaigns we have across markets, across platforms. We use CreatorIQ to track all of our campaigns, all of our brands, and all of our divisions within the same platform.
  • How are creators changing the marketing industry?I think the biggest change or disruption that creator marketing brought to marketing in general is adding a real human voice to all of the brands. Creators can showcase the products live and as part of their routines. It's not perfect photography of the product on the shelf, but it's a real human using the product. I think it really helps the brands to better connect with their consumers.
