His previous roles at L'Oreal included GM of the Consumer Products Division for Southeast Asia and GM of Garnier, Maybelline and Essie for the UK and Ireland, where he successfully launched Ultimate Blends and led Maybelline's rapid market expansion.

Rising from Business Development Manager to CEO during her 14-year tenure, she has led the brand to become the #6 Prestige Haircare Brand, growing 7x faster than the market in 2023. Under her leadership, amika achieved B-Corp Certification, Climate Neutral status, and Clean+Planet Positive recognition at Sephora, while establishing a $500,000+ annual program for scholarships, grants, and mentorship in professional beauty. She also successfully guided the brand through its 2022 acquisition by Bansk Group.

Stéphanie Binette currently serves as General Manager of L'Oréal's Luxe Skincare/Makeup Business Unit on the West Coast, overseeing Youth to the People US and Urban Decay US since January 2024. Her impressive career at L'Oréal spans nearly two decades, including roles as Chief Digital & Marketing Officer for L'Oréal USA's Luxe and Consumer Products Divisions, General Manager of NYX Professional Makeup, and various leadership positions across the U.S. and Canada. Before joining L'Oréal in 2006, she spent 10 years in consumer-packaged goods at Kraft and PepsiCo, and is known for her advocacy of digital transformation and agile marketing.
