RJ Larese
Vice President, Talent and Influencer Marketing, Paramount
RJ Larese is Vice President of Talent and Influencer Marketing for Nickelodeon and AwesomenessTV. In addition to those duties, he's recently been overseeing influencer opportunities for Paramount+. He works with digital creators and unscripted talent for both iconic brands, finding them opportunities within Paramount for scripted and unscripted content, brand partnerships, consumer marketing, events, and more. Prior to joining Paramount, he was a talent, casting, and development executive with over a decade of experience at networks, production companies, and publishers, including ABC, ATTN:, Endemol, ITV America, and PopSugar. RJ has also cast and developed shows for Bravo, E!, Lifetime, MTV, NBC, TLC, TruTV, and VH1. He’s worked with brands ranging from Abercrombie and Fitch, Banana Republic, Delta, General Mills, H&M, Invisalign, Moose Akedo, Sephora, Target, and Ulta. In 2021, RJ was named an AdWeek Young Influential. In 2022, he was on the Variety Power of Pride list for his contributions empowering the LGBTQUIA+ community in the entertainment space. In 2023, he was named on LA TV Week's 40 Under 40 honoree list, backed by Broadcasting and Cable.
Isaac Ugay
VP of Premium Solutions, Fandom
Isaac Ugay is the Vice President of Premium Solutions at Fandom, the world’s largest fan platform. In his role, Ugay empowers Fandom’s global sales organization to drive revenue by showcasing the best possible ways for advertising partners to activate audiences across Fandom’s brand, products, ecosystem and events. He also oversees creative quality for client pitches and the execution of sold programs by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conceive, develop, and execute integrated marketing concepts for clients. Prior to joining Fandom in 2018 to launch the company’s experiential division, Ugay began his career with The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, CA in the Marketing and Synergy group. From there, he held various media sales roles at CXO Media, an IDG company, and UK-based Future PLC. While at Future PLC, he developed a passion for creating, selling and producing complex integrated marketing partnerships and owned and operated events in the video game, music and entertainment industries. After 13 years and various leadership roles with Future PLC, Ugay joined The Visionary Group, a boutique full service experiential marketing agency based in Los Angeles, CA to lead business development where he was primarily responsible for new business and operations strategy. A native Californian, Ugay received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Chapman University.
