After a 20-year career leading top beauty companies like Smashbox and Kate Somerville, Amy launched Tower 28 in 2019 to create products free of irritants and certified by the National Eczema Association. Her work extends beyond business, with initiatives like Clean Beauty Summer School, which supports minority-owned beauty brands. Amy’s accolades include the CEW Visionary Award and EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2024. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three children, embracing the beach culture that inspires Tower 28.

Danessa Myricks, a makeup artist, photographer, and entrepreneur, is known for revolutionizing the beauty industry with her innovative product development. After a self-taught journey as a makeup artist and educator, she launched Danessa Myricks Beauty in 2015 to create an inclusive brand that reimagines beauty for all. Nicknamed the “Willy Wonka of Beauty,” Myricks is celebrated for her multi-use, award-winning products and commitment to fostering a global community built on love, creativity, and diversity. Her brand’s mission is to empower confidence through beauty, giving a voice to those who once felt unseen or excluded.
Sarah Gibson Tuttle
Founder / CEO, Olive & June
Sarah Gibson Tuttle is the Founder and CEO of Olive & June, the first consumer-focused DIY nail brand delivering salon-quality results at home. Since launching in 2013, Olive & June has revolutionized the nail industry, democratizing access to beautiful nails and driving market growth at retailers like Target and Walmart. Named to Inc.’s Female Founders 100 list in 2021, Sarah also advises and invests in high-growth CPG startups. Before founding Olive & June, she spent a decade as an equity sales trader at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley. She lives in Los Angeles with her daughter.
