In her role at ELEMIS, Oriele quickly became an industry expert in brand, new product concept, design, packaging, and visual merchandising. Michel Brousset
Founder/ CEO, Waldencast
Michel Brousset is the Founder and CEO of Waldencast, a holding company and investment fund that incubates and accelerates early stage beauty and wellness brands, and helps them rapidly create scale and profitability via industry specific operational expertise. Michel founded Waldencast in 2019, and has more than 25 years of FMCG operational expertise, successfully building billion-dollar brands and businesses across many geographies. Michel started at Procter & Gamble and then moved to L’Oréal, where he was CEO of L’Oréal UK and later President of the Consumer Product Division for North America.
