Dionne Lois Cullen is the Chief Brand Officer for Deciem—the humble and happy umbrella of good beauty brands like NIOD, Hylamide, and The Ordinary. Dionne has been with Deciem for over 10 years, where she started as an Associate Manager and climbed the ranks throughout her successful career. Known for her agility and reactive marketing strategies, Dionne is passionate about Deciem remaining authentic at its core, and amplifying conversations around communities as they grow.
